The condo is completely furnished with a king bed, a sectional sofa bed in the living room, a well appointed fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, full bathroom and two flat screen TV's. Enjoy the water view, tropical landscape and sunbathe from your private balcony.
Amenities
Free cable and high speed internet. Designated parking space. The community boat dock has ample seating to relax and watch the dolphins and manatees or a fun place to fish and socialize with friends! The community pool is heated and also has plenty of lounging space and outdoor shower. There is a BBQ grilling area in its own courtyard with picnic tables. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & games, and other fun amenities are complimentary. There is a coin operated laundry room available on the ground floor. Boat slip available for rent upon request.
The beach trolley traveling from Clearwater Beach all the way to St. Pete Beach conveniently stops regularly right in front of the condo building.
